There are a number of competitions that south west clubs and players participate in.

South West Korfball League:
Participating clubs: Exeter City, Taunton Soul, Bristol City, Bristol Uni, Horfield (Bristol), Gloucester Lions

Regional League:
The top two teams from Division 1 are eligible to play in the Regional League

Individual clubs can enter into the EKA cup, korfball's equivalent to the FA Cup!
