 The
club
The club was established in
2003 by Tony
Fripp, Kev McMeeking and Sarah Hume. From those early days -
when it remained to be seen whether anyone would turn up to play a
strange Dutch sport in Exeter - the club has grown (in 2009) to
encompass more than 30 members.
We
field two teams in the South West Korfball League and, after gaining
the Fair Play Award for kindly allowing other teams to score so many
past us in 2005, actually won both
divisions in the 2007/08 season.
We
are a member of the South West Korfball Association, and recognised
by the English Korfball Association.
