We came 8th out of 24 teams in the Bristol

At the AGM it was decided that the club
would train on Thursdays
only from now on until September. A new
committee was also elected - see the Club

Tony's magnificent achievement in setting
up the club and
seeing it prosper over the past 7 years was recognised at the End of
Season social when he sadly bowed out of the world of korf.

Our last indoor session at Exeter School
will be on Tuesday 27 April and thereafter we will be training outdoors
during the summer, starting Tuesday 4 May at the slightly later time of
7 - 8.30pm. This will be at Bromhams
Farm Playing Fields.
We will need assistance in transporting the posts to the outdoor
training sessions so again your help and support will be very much
appreciated.
Thursday training at Clifton Hill Sports
Centre will continue as normal until the end of July before our
customary break of a korf-free August.

The SWKA squad came a very creditable 6th
out of 9 in the inter-area tournament in Luton last Sunday.

The friendly game at training on Tuesday
against
Exeter University was closely matched and finished 9 - 7 to Exeter City.
